INGREDIENTS
- Belle Chasse Premium French Vodka
DIRECTIONS
- Remove Belle Chasse from freezer
- Add desired amount to a cocktail glass or rocks glass with ice.
- Garnish with lemon or olives.
White Russian
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ¼ oz Belle Chasse
- 1 ¼ oz Half and half
- 1 ¼ oz Coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Stir, strain into chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
Screwdriver
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Belle Chasse
- 12 ounces fresh orange juice
DIRECTIONS
- Combine ingredients in a highball glass. Add ice. Garnish with orange wedge.
Belle Chasse Cosmo
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Belle Chasse
- ¾ oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Cranberry juice
- Squeeze of lime
DIRECTIONS
- Add vodka and other ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with orange wedge.
Salty Dog
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Belle Chasse
- 4 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- Garnish: salt rim, grapefruit slice
DIRECTIONS
- Rim a highball glass with salt. Fill the glass with ice, add the vodka and grapefruit juice and stir. Garnish with grapefruit slice.
Bloody Mary
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Belle Chasse
- 5 oz Tomato juice
- ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch Pepper
- Pinch Celery Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a highball glass. Add ice, stir well. Garnish with lemon and celery.
Espresso Martini
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz Belle Chasse
- ¾ oz Coffee liqueur
- 1 ¼ oz Fresh espresso
- ½ oz Simple syrup, (1:1, sugar: water)
- ½ oz Simple syrup, (1:1, sugar: water)
- 3 Coffee beans
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a coupette glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.
Mudslide
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 1 ounce Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1 ounce heavy cream
DIRECTIONS
- Add ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake.Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
